Application Process

The application consists of some short motivation statements about why you want to join the summer school and your CV:

• What are you currently researching and how does AutoML relate to your research project or daily work?

• Do you have any background on the topics of the summer school?

• What do you expect from attending the AutoML summer school?

We will select applicants from diverse backgrounds and with varying degree of knowledge on automated machine learning. Typically, we host a nice mix of AutoML users and AutoML researchers. We will inform applicants shortly after the application deadlines (see above) and secure the spots after receiving payment. 

Costs

350€ - This includes lectures, meals during the day and participation in social events. This does NOT include travel and accommodation costs.

Cancellation of Registration and Refund of Fees

You may cancel your registration at any time; however, a refund is only possible if you were denied a visa through no fault of your own. Please notify us no later than four weeks before the start of the Summer School, providing your booking number. For cancellations received less than four weeks before the event begins, a refund of fees is no longer possible
